Crossfit Toms River is the oldest Crossfit facility in the Toms River area. It is nearly 5,000 sq/ft. fitness facility equipped
with showers and changing areas. We are committed to excellence. At CFTR we coach and practice movements that mimic
everyday life. These functional movements are matched to each person’s intensity level and strength. Come see how to get
leaner, stronger, faster. We promise to help you reach your fitness goals by offering a knowledgeable , professional staff
inside a facility of like-minded fitness individuals. While the typical Workout Of the Day (or WOD) is completed in less than
30 minutes, CFTR believes in mobility, skill review and learning, and strength training, so we use the entire hour to help you
better yourself in all fitness areas.
OUR GUIDING PRINCIPLES
1. To always provide the highest possible quality of facility, coaching, and results to our members.
2. To be a positive influence in our community and focus on giving back in the form of charity and community events.
