Thanks for all the motivation! Your warm up routine is already a hard routine for a rookie like me. By just looking at it, makes me feel tired simply because I am just new in working out. Doing push ups and russian swing alone are both tiring, what more if you will add more equally hard routines! This is the reason why I really respect you. Your passion in working out is simply unbelievable.
